BLACKHEATH FH CLUB REGISTRATION FORM

This program is every Thursday  for 16 weeks. Where: Empire Sports & Training, 525 Riverside Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ

January-February 2025
1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30
2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27.
March-April 2025
3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27
4/3, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24.
Time: 8pm-9pm.

Cost: $610 for all 16 sessions
$310 for either 8 week session. Choose January/February or March/April.
**Take advantage of a 10% saving by signing up for 16 weeks of classes by December 14th, 2024. Cost reduced to $549.
Deadline to register: December 28th, 2024.
