BLACKHEATH FH CLUB REGISTRATION FORM

This program is every Thursday for 16 weeks. Where: Empire Sports & Training, 525 Riverside Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ

January-February 2024
1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25
2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22.
March-April 2024
3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28
4/4, 4/11, 4/18, 4/25.
Time: 7pm-8pm.

Cost: $550 for all 16 sessions
$280 for either 8 week session. Choose January/February or March/April.
**$30 membership fee required for all new players.
***Take advantage of a 10% saving by signing up for 16 weeks of classes by December 9th, 2023. Cost reduced to $495.
Deadline to register: December 23rd.
